ABOUT  ROBERT

Robert Maniak has always been drawn to helping and serving others. From spending time on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, to his volunteer work at local animal shelters and assisting at pro-bono legal clinics throughout law school, he has always enjoyed giving back and serving his community.

Robert began practicing law in 2021 and joined Brian Hodgkiss Injury Lawyers in 2023. As a lawyer, he enjoys being able to guide people through a complex and often confusing process to help them reach the outcomes they deserve. When he takes on a new case, it’s his goal to help his clients get the best possible resolutions after life-altering accidents and injuries.

Before becoming a lawyer, Robert spent four years on active duty as a Marine, including a deployment to Afghanistan. He’s a motorsport enthusiast, and loves talking to about the latest happenings in IndyCar, IMSA, and NASCAR, as well as sharing his recommendation for the best places to watch at Road America and Wisconsin International Raceway.

When he’s not working, Robert and his wife enjoy cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers, and they share two cats and one three-legged dog.
