Workers’ Compensation & Personal Injury Attorney

Brian Hodgkiss Injury Lawyers is a growing plaintiff-side law firm with offices in Appleton and Green Bay. We pride ourselves on providing clients with high-quality legal representation while exceeding client service expectations. We are passionate about helping injured people and Wisconsin communities, and we are dedicated to changing the way people think about attorneys—one relationship at a time.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the firm’s case management system.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Workers’ Compensation law (required).
  • Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
  • Strong litigation instincts and a willingness to take cases to hearing or trial when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of professionalism and accountability.
  • Self-starter who wants to build something meaningful and grow professionally within a plaintiff-focused practice.

Why Join Us

At Brian Hodgkiss Injury Lawyers, we believe who you are matters just as much as what you know. We hire based on cultural fit, integrity, and mindset—not just résumés. We would rather invest in and grow with an attorney who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and respect for teammates than prioritize experience alone.

We are committed to supporting attorneys who:

  • Want to improve their skills and take feedback seriously
  • Contribute positively to the firm’s culture and client experience
  • Value teamwork, preparation, and professionalism
  • Believe that success is built through effort, accountability, and trust

If you are motivated, coachable, and committed to doing meaningful work for injured clients, we are willing to invest in your growth and help you build the practice you want.

What We Offer

  • Business casual work environment
  • Base salary with opportunities for performance-based and self-determined growth
  • Medical insurance
  • SIMPLE IRA with company matching
  • Administrative and case management support designed to help you build and grow your practice
  • A firm culture that values preparation, accountability, professional development, and fighting for what’s right for our clients
